With much of the workforce now working remotely, teams are suddenly faced with many new challenges in working together effectively.

Leveraging decades of experience working remotely, RCI Trainers Eric Roulo and Lynn Roulo have developed this online Boot Camp to help engineering teams be more productive in this new environment.

In our How to Be Productive as a Remote Engineering Team Boot Camp we train teams on the where, when and how of successful remote working. This training explores the unique challenges and opportunities presented by remote work, and how to increase effectiveness in online communication.

Delivered in three parts – a 60-minute training, and two 45-minute follow up sessions, this Boot Camp ensures your team has the tools and support they need to work effectively remotely.

2 x 45-minute follow up sessions:

The follow up sessions are structured to give each team an opportunity for feedback about what is working and what isn’t in their remote office environment.

In advance of each follow up session, RCI conducts an online survey with each attendee to elicit feedback. These follow up sessions ensure issues are addressed proactively and in a timely manner.

Trainers

Eric Roulo, Roulo Consulting President

Eric Roulo has over 20 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and transportation analysis consulting and training with companies including Raytheon, NASA, SpaceX and Virgin Galactic. He started his career at Space Systems/Loral, supporting most of the major primes on projects including military and commercial airplanes, spacecraft, and rockets. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has secured a patent for active steering of an appendage on a spacecraft using piezoelectric actuators.

Lynn Roulo, Trainer

Lynn Roulo is a business consultant and professional trainer with over 20 years experience as a CPA and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based in Athens, Greece, she has supported US-based clients remotely since 2012 and maintained the position of CFO of a San Francisco interactive agency for three years during this period. Lynn offers communication and remote working Boot Camps based on the nine communication styles outlined in the Enneagram System of Personality. She has authored two books based on the Enneagram System of Personality.
