How to Be Productive

As a Remote Engineering Team

With much of the workforce now working remotely, teams are suddenly faced with many new challenges in working together effectively.

Leveraging decades of experience working remotely, RCI Trainers Eric Roulo and Lynn Roulo have developed this online Boot Camp to help engineering teams be more productive in this new environment.

In our How to Be Productive as a Remote Engineering Team Boot Camp we train teams on the where, when and how of successful remote working. This training explores the unique challenges and opportunities presented by remote work, and how to increase effectiveness in online communication.

Delivered in three parts – a 60-minute training, and two 45-minute follow up sessions, this Boot Camp ensures your team has the tools and support they need to work effectively remotely.
